EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited U.S. university, pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, or a related field. Completion of at least one year of undergraduate coursework. Minimum GPA of 3.0.

About the Role:
Operations Co-op will work for the Chief Operating Officer/CFO of the organization and will support other team functions as necessary. The goal of this role is to help establish business processes and controls regarding inventory, fixed assets and capital investments, while supporting the day-to-day requirements of the office. The role will support procurement, vendor assistance and facility related efforts, including the support for local lab and IT setup.

Join us as a Co‑Op and play a hands‑on role in building the backbone of our operations. You’ll help establish asset and inventory systems, support procurement, and shape warehouse, shipping, and receiving processes. You’ll also assist with office operations, coordinate vendor activities, and support lab and IT setup—making a real impact across the organization.
- Computer savvy, familiar with Microsoft suite of tools including excel, SharePoint etc.

It would be nice if you also have:
- Completed some accounting/finance or business management classes
- Technically inclined with strong computer skills, agility and interest in learning tools
- Utilize new operating systems and establish reporting templates/dashboard within these tools, as well as with excel, SharePoint and other tools.
- Help to establish the core business operations infrastructure to manage the business
- Organize contract, vendors, supplier and procurement relationships that support the business and understand the contract, service and support requirements for these efforts.
- Learn about supply chain management, inventory and asset controls, and logistics
- Ability to develop strong cross-functional understanding of all necessary business operations and financial responsibilities to establish and run a business
