Our team is seeking an energetic, creative student for a software developer position in our WaveSuite portfolio. You will work closely with a dynamic team to develop rapid prototypes and cutting-edge solutions for the WaveSuite Product Portfolio. As part of an Agile development team, you will design, implement, and validate modular software components in Java, partnering with team peers to deliver seamless software components. WaveSuite centralizes multiple network management and operations functionalities in one unified platform for the Nokia Optical Network Product Portfolio. The system allows network planning and operations staff to plan, deploy, manage, and monitor the network over the total life cycle. The system enables automation of network operations via detection, analysis, action, and an AI framework.

- Core Java Programing skill
- Database design/program skill
- Knowledge and experience on system design, database, Java, React, SQL, Unix/Linux, IDE, working with AI tools
- Excellent Communication
- Master or PhD Student are preferred
- Learn and understand optical network management system, optical transport network,
- Study and understand database modeling, database schema,
- Write design documentation and present ideas to peers,
- Develop GUI, subsystem, components in Java, React, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JDB,
- Write and execute unit test cases, Integrate multiple components with team members.
- Resolve the problems during development and testing.
- Use AI tools to develop system / subsystem
- Demo and present the progress to peers, management team.
