As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers, contributing directly to this transformation. You’ll get hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, database management, and automation technologies, helping us shift from manual reporting to intelligent, real-time decision-making.

Join us as a Sales Analyst Trainee and help shape the future of data-driven decision making. Work with experienced analysts and engineers, build real-time dashboards, and gain hands-on experience in BI tools, automation, and data analytics.
Must have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics, or Economic Informatics
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel as well as Power BI
- Strong interest in analytical work: ability to understand a problem, look at its components, and contribute to finding solutions
- Solid English skills to communicate with an international team

- Attention to detail and an analytical, critical mindset
- Basic exposure to Power BI, CRM or CRM Analytics
- Curiosity and the ability to ask relevant questions, share insights, and suggest ideas that support the effectiveness of business teams
- Provide operational support to the regional Sales Operations team and/or Business Groups, working closely with them on daily activities and ongoing projects
- Support the creation, updating and visualization of reports based on sales process requirements
- Help collect, organize and interpret data related to the sales funnel, financial metrics and KPIs to support sales development
- Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and quality, and assist in basic data validation tasks
- Support performance analytics and business insights activities using tools such as CRM and PowerBI
- Assist in digitalization and automation initiatives related to reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with different teams to improve data accuracy and reporting standards
- Offer general support to the Sales Operations team regarding processes and tools, helping with documentation, communication, and small change-management tasks
