Currently a candidate for diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in network technology, Computer/Software/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with an accredited school in Canada.

You have:
An interest in working with the industry-leading 7x50 series of carrier-grade service routers, learning how IP/MPLS networks are built, and how the Internet works.
Critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details and excellent communication skills to provide written and verbal explanations to internal Nokia teams as well as external customers.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
It would be nice if you also have:
Knowledge of IP/MPLS and routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, etc.
Experience in IP network troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environment, including Bash scripting and Python programming.
What you will do:
- Acquire a deep understanding of how IP/MPLS networks are built, from small enterprises to the largest Service Providers.
- Obtain hands-on experience on the industry-leading 7x50 Service Routers - #1 in Global Edge Routing and #2 in Global Total Routing.
- Have free access to the Nokia Service Routing Certification (SRC) Program.
- Develop enhanced techniques in the troubleshooting and reproduction of real-world issues.
- Experience teamwork in a fast-paced environment and get exposure to Customer Issue Management.
