As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily administrative activities as well as internal initiatives such as team office days, Coffee Talks, and company-wide events. The position is primarily remote, with a requirement to be present in the office once per week and occasionally during on-site activities.

Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are looking for a motivated student in their 1st or 2nd year of studies to join our administrative team at Nokia. Student in 1st or 2nd year of studies
Availability of minimum 100 working hours
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
Nice to have: good knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint
- Supporting and coordinating small administrative projects
Assisting during visits of external guests, including on-site support
Organizing and supporting The Office Day (TOD) for the department

Supporting Coffee Talks, including:
Preparing presentation templates
Monitoring and following up on slide completion

Assisting in the organization of the internal company Hackathon, including:
Placing and tracking orders
Receiving deliveries
Handling cost settlement and system entries
Collaborating closely with the admin team and internal stakeholders
