As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer at Nokia, you will be integral to ensuring the stability and performance of our Cloud Core network, including IMS, EPC, and multi-vendor solutions for 4G and 5G. You will provide expert technical support, manage escalations, and collaborate closely with various teams to resolve network incidents and optimize operations. Your role encompasses monitoring network performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and supporting the development of local technical teams. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your deep knowledge of telecom protocols and cloud technologies while playing a critical role in our customer service delivery.

Must-Have:

  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience with EPC Cloud Network for 4G & 5G

  • Deep knowledge of SGSN/MME, DNS, PCRF, OCS, DRA/DEA, LBS in a cloud environment

  • Expertise in Fault and Configuration Management

  • Strong understanding of telecom protocols, specifically SIP, MAP, CAMEL, and Diameter

  • Proficiency in Cloud Mobility Manager (CMM) and Cloud Mobile Gateway

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with 3G, 4G interfaces and GTP Protocol

  • Experience with scripting in Perl and shell on Linux platforms

  • Knowledge of delivery requirements and challenges in Telecom Operations

  • Ability to provide product-level support with 24/7 escalation readiness

  • Experience with Cloud Signalling Director (CSD)


  • Manage end-to-end network operations for Cloud Core, including IMS and EPC.

  • Provide technical consultation and resolve complex service tickets and incidents.

  • Monitor network performance to ensure compliance with customer SLAs and optimize service delivery.

  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Handle technical escalations and emergency cases promptly and effectively.

  • Support and develop local technical teams to enhance competencies and network management.

  • Ensure seamless connectivity and functionality of multiple network elements.

  • Document and maintain accurate network configuration and performance reports.
