Must-Have:
In-depth understanding of OpenStack Architecture NFV, Mano, and its components (e.g., Nova, Cinder, Neutron)
Proven experience in deploying and managing Cloud Infrastructure using OpenStack
System Administration experience in Linux (Ubuntu/OpenStack environment)
Knowledge of storage systems such as HP, EMC, and IBM LUN creation and allocation
Technical troubleshooting ability for complex Core nodes and network operations
Nice-To-Have:
Familiarity with Linux distributions like CentOS and Red Hat
Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN), VLAN, and overlay technologies (e.g., VXLAN, MPLS GRE)
Experience in virtualization and orchestration services deployment
Background in supporting customer network performance and incident management
Experience in managing network software and hardware configurations
Provide technical support for complex Core nodes, including analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Manage technical escalations for urgent requests and outages, ensuring swift resolution.
Support customer network performance and facilitate network evolution initiatives.
Act as the primary technical interface for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on network performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Assist in the competence development of local technical teams.
Ensure connectivity and functionality across multiple network elements.
Handle critical network incidents in collaboration with stakeholders.
