Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee program (only for the duration of the program). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.

The Trainee performs delegated tasks with the objective to take over more and more responsibilities and learn all required skills for his / her future job. The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of a selected area.

You have:

1. Strong React or Vue + TypeScript skills
2. Hands-on experience building interactive Live2D or 3D avatars (personal/school/open-source projects all count)
3. Passion for Digital Humans and virtual characters

1. Build real-time, interactive 3D/2D Digital Humans in the browser
2. Develop high-performance frontend using React/Vue + TypeScript + Three.js/WebGL
3. Implement lip-sync, facial expressions, and real-time animation (WebRTC)
4. Integrate RAG-based AI Agent (LangChain + vector DB) to power intelligent, talking avatars
