Join Nokia as a Working Student and immerse yourself in real-world networking and ICT while collaborating with seasoned professionals inside dynamic, production grade laboratories. This long-term student role is designed for IT/ICT students, ideally in their second year, who want to build practical skills, contribute meaningfully to daily lab operations, and balance work with studies thanks to flexible working hours. You will be part of the COO Business Unit’s Laboratory Operations Team for our Common Services and Infrastructure (COSI) organization, where you will help maintain and evolve lab environments, support ongoing experiments and infrastructure tasks, and learn the end-to-end flow of how modern telco labs operate.

You will thrive in our culture of innovation, openness, discipline, simplicity, accountability, and a profit mindset, joining a team that values trust, teamwork, and continuous learning. If you’re curious, proactive, and eager to turn theory into practice in an ever-changing lab setting, this is your opportunity to grow with Nokia while making a real impact.

During the interview you can expect:

  • A practical chat to explore your networking and Linux knowledge.
  • A short exercise or scenario to see your problemsolving and communication in action.
  • We’re not looking for perfection. Curiosity, clarity, and a growth mindset matter most.
