As a Supply Manager, you will be accountable for supply chain design, implementation and end to end supply chain operations, covering one or multiple customer teams (CT). Responsible to identify, plan and manage supply chain activities to meet CT business targets. Deliver competitive supply chain performance to enable CT growth and optimize profitability & cash position. You will also act as SPOC for Supply Chain related complaints and escalation point from CT and/or customer and manage further escalations & requirements. You will also manage supply chain operations & execution to ensure proper supervision & guidance to meet business targets (includes monitor & control).

The Supply Manager owns the end-to-end / complete supply chain operations or can also own singular or specific process which is part of supply as Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) plan, source, make, deliver, return, enable, procure and / or collect cash & pay for multiple or single customer teams, countries, or markets for all business groups.

You have:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent
• Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills
• Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
• SAP / Blue Planet knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ensure supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency to meet accurate, timely services and high performance in services to the customer project in terms of quality, compliances and cost efficiency

• Support pre-sales with supply chain design, resource planning and logistics costing in line with customer requirements

• Drive demand planning in accordance with the business plans and provide and update delivery plans, conduct risk assessment and mitigate supply risks and associated challenges

• Coordinate and orchestrate E2E order management from order creation to invoicing including ordering of local services & material and execution of last mile distribution within target cycle times

• Execute supply planning in relation to CT business management – order intake and revenue execution, inventory planning and reporting

• Manage cost, cash and performance KPIs from plan, offer, execute to measure & improvement

• Responsible for Hardware Services delivery operations

• Ensure SOX adherence and Trade Compliance conformity

• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to improving customer value
