You will be joining a team that is part of Nokia's Mobile Networks organization, where we develop cutting-edge wireless technologies for 5G and work on projects shaping the upcoming 6G era. Our mission is to build best-of-breed radio solutions for the world's leading mobile operators.
Must-Have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Office applications
- Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
- Self-motivated, responsible and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Jira
- Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
- Facilitate the Scrum events
- Participate in the company- wide and local TC administrative tasks/ actions/ initiatives
- Assistance in the coordination of projects
- Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
- Support Local Product Owners/Team Managers/ Team members
- Manage team backlog, item dependencies and risks
