Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. About the Business Group

Join Mobile Networks (MN) and help us become the trusted partner of choice for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), as well as for non-CSP entities in sectors like utilities, transportation, public services, and defense. You will be joining a team that is part of Nokia's Mobile Networks organization, where we develop cutting-edge wireless technologies for 5G and work on projects shaping the upcoming 6G era. Our mission is to build best-of-breed radio solutions for the world's leading mobile operators.

Must-Have:

  • Active student status (for at least one year)
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Office applications
  • Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
  • Self-motivated, responsible and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Knowledge of Jira


  • Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
  • Facilitate the Scrum events
  • Participate in the company- wide and local TC administrative tasks/ actions/ initiatives
  • Assistance in the coordination of projects
  • Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
  • Support Local Product Owners/Team Managers/ Team members
  • Manage team backlog, item dependencies and risks
