The PaCo Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions, specifically in an PaCo High Level Desing. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time. Support the delivery team on complex trouble shooting for PaCo. Creates configuration files to be applied by the delivery team.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory requirement).
The position is open in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Relocation is not provided by Nokia.
At least 5-8 years experience on mobile networks and functionality of EPC Core Network and Policy Technologies: GGSN, SGSN, S-GW, P-GW, MME, AMF, UPF, NRD, NPC/PCRF (from Nokia and/or other vendors) - Expert level knowledge. MME Design resource (CMM/AMF); NRD Integration/Design.
Experience on develop HLD, LLD, IP Planning and related documentation to deliver an 3G, 4G and 5G EPC Networks.
Experienced with VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestrations
Knowledge on RSV and/or Mapping tables and Application Assurance (DPI).
Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support Services and customer interface.
Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, both internally and oriented to customers at high level management.
Ability to interact with various people and several interfaces within a fast-paced environment.
Self motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks, and who can define technical processes and instructions.
Ability to work and learn independently, proactively and to work and make decisions under pressure.
Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and design comprehensive Packet Core solutions, including high-level and end-to-end architectures, customer-specific designs, artifacts, and configurations, ensuring adherence to standards and client requirements.
Technical Expertise & Support: Provide senior-level PaCo troubleshooting and act as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues within delivery teams.
Requirements Management: Capture, manage, and translate stakeholder inputs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and effective solution designs.
Cross-functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate activities across various business groups and organizations to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
Leadership & Strategic Contribution: Serve as a recognized expert and professional leader, contributing to strategic decisions, developing organizational concepts, solving complex problems, and leading functional teams or projects, including resource management.
