The NMO (Network Management and Optimization) Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced network management solutions for Nokia's customers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance network performance, automation, and operational efficiency. The NMO Architect ensures the successful deployment of Nokia's network management and optimization products, including MantaRay NM (NetAct), MantaRay SON, ARCHIVE CLOUD, DCAP, UTF, and other OSS products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network management and optimization, with expertise in tools like MantaRay NM (NetAct), SON, and other OSS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, automation tools, and AI/ML applications in network management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Experience in designing and implementing network management architectures.
• Familiarity with Nokia's product portfolio and solutions is highly desirable.
• Fluent Japanese language requirement as this is a full customer interfacing role
