As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will conduct target-oriented research, directly applying your findings to enhance the specification, design, develop and deliver software features/product. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, testing and delivering software features/product. Manage customer escalations, support customer queries and fix software defects. Suggest new ideas, participate in hackathons. Conduct reviews, participate in meetings & technical discussions.

Candidate should possess strong expertise in JAVA development. Ability to design performant / reliable / secured distributed product. Should have skills on IntelliJ, Git, SonarQube, Jenkins. Exposure to Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers, and Virtualization Technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes (K8s). A deep understanding of Cloud Native design and development principles, coupled with excellent analytical and debugging skills, is essential, ideally complemented by exposure to Agile development methodologies.

You'll apply your expertise in AI Driven, Cloud Native, Microservices, and Container technologies to research, design, and develop cutting-edge products and services, integrating innovative solutions within an Agile framework.

Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with exposure to IntelliJ, SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, and unit/functional testing.
  • Solid system thinking, working knowledge of distributed systems, and familiarity with common design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Linux, NoSQL databases, strong debugging skills, and experience with tools such as memory profilers.
  • Knowledge of Diameter, REST, SOAP, and background in Analysis, Design, Development, Unit & Functional Testing.

Good to have:

  • Telecom domain knowledge: 3G/4G/5G Core Network elements and understanding of Online Charging System (OCS).
  • Exposure to Cloud Native technologies, including Kubernetes, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI development/testing tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Design, Develop, Test and Deliver Software features/solutions using Cloud Native Principles, coupled with excellent analytical and debugging skills
  • Provide Customer Support, Handle Customer escalations, fix software defects
  • Deliver Software features on time with quality
  • Innovate new ideas
  • Share status updates during progress meetings, attend technical discussions
  • Provide support to team members, act as trainer/mentor
