As a member of our advanced radio technologies development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of fault management. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring fault information updates, managing on-call documentation, and collaborating with Fault Coordinators and Team Managers to resolve issues swiftly.
You have :
- Active student status at least one year
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Open to work min. 30 h /week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Networking and outstanding communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Assertiveness and self-confidence
- Ability to deal with ad hoc situations
- Attention to detail and perceptiveness
- Ability to concentrate on execution while maintaining open and direct communication
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in ticketing tools
- Jira knowledge
- Daily Monitoring and Updates: Regularly review and request updates to fault information to ensure alignment with the established golden standard, maintaining accuracy and consistency
- On-Call Updates: Oversee and manage updates related to on-call activities, ensuring all relevant details are current and well-documented
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Fault Coordinators, Fault Responsible Persons, or Team Managers to streamline communication, resolve issues efficiently, and support the fault management process
