If you love solving complex problems and shaping technical direction, this role lets you design robust architectures and guide teams to deliver high-quality software. As a Technical Software Architect, you’ll lead technical decisions, handle critical issues, and mentor others to build exceptional solutions.

Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 13+years of hands-on experience in Java design and development with exposure to IntelliJ, SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, and unit/functional testing.
  • Solid system thinking, working knowledge of distributed systems, and familiarity with common design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Linux, NoSQL databases, strong debugging skills, and experience with tools such as memory profilers.
  • Knowledge of Diameter, REST, SOAP, and background in Analysis, Design, Development, Unit & Functional Testing.

Good to have:

  • Telecom domain knowledge: 3G/4G/5G Core Network elements and understanding of Online Charging System (OCS).
  • Exposure to Cloud Native technologies, including Kubernetes, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI development/testing tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or Copilot.

  • Translates customer business requirements into clear technical specifications.

  • Designs both high-level and low-level architecture for features and solves complex technical problems with strong analytical judgment.

  • Provides technical direction, contributes to feature development, and acts as the senior technical leader within the team.

  • Handles customer-critical issues, performs root cause analysis (RCA), and ensures timely resolution.

  • Delivers software builds, updates, service packages, and maintenance releases while upholding quality standards.

  • Drives process and tool improvements, mentors team members, and supports their technical growth.
