The Network & Performance Engineering department creates a unique connection between telco domain know-how, a wide range of well-designed tools, and data science capabilities. Our main target is to provide in-depth technical expertise for Radio and Cloud products with a focus on 5G solutions and its performance aspects.

Kickstart your IT journey with a flexible, long-term Working Student internship where you’ll support projects and project managers, prepare clear reports and materials, collect inputs from stakeholders, and assist in digitalizing content and creating documentation tools. Join our Network & Performance Engineering team, where telecom expertise meets advanced tools and data science to drive innovative 5G solutions.

You have:

  • Active student status at least one year from the time of hire
  • Excellent English language in both writing and speaking
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Teams, Flow)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting projects & project managers
  • Originating Nokia internal and external sessions
  • Compiling reports and minutes in a well-structured and easily-to-understand way
  • Create and maintain inputs for in-house developed tools supporting documentation creation
  • Assist in content digitalization activities
  • Collect inputs from various stakeholders
