This role drives Core Slice Management and Automation within Digital Operations, partnering with Core Network product teams and Sales to align portfolio, roadmap, and customer needs, and defining Network Slice Subnet Management Function (NSSMF) capabilities in collaboration with Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Core.
The position also drives platform requirements with Nokia Orchestration Center (NOrC) and Nokia Assurance Center (NAC) to enable scalable, cloud-native solutions for customers. It is ideal for a Product Management professional with a good understanding of customer needs, telecom market trends, and cloud-native software strategy, who can connect technical capabilities with business outcomes and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Join the Advanced Network Product Portfolio Management team as a Product Management Leader, owning Core Network Slicing and Automation while supporting Unified Inventory and Virtualization to shape go-to-market success. This role drives Core Slice Management and Automation within Digital Operations, partnering with Core Network product teams and Sales to align portfolio, roadmap, and customer needs, and defining Network Slice Subnet Management Function (NSSMF) capabilities in collaboration with Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Core.
You-Have:
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management.
- Knowledge of OSS and Telecom Operations, including orchestration and assurance.
- Experience in Service and Network Operations with proven customer management expertise; orchestration and assurance experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of 5G and network slicing, including operational impact; familiarity with 3GPP and TMF standards preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
- Expertise in cloud technologies and go-to-market models, with experience in cloud-native and SaaS products.
- Proven ability to lead strategic product initiatives, influence stakeholders, and align teams to a strategic vision and execution plan.
Act as the business owner for Core Network Slicing and Core Automation within Digital Operations.
Define and drive the Network Slice Subnet Management Function (NSSMF) solution, roadmap, and backlog across CNS Core and Digital Operations Product Line Management teams.
Support Unified Inventory and Virtualization Product Line Management activities and collaborate with engineering and program management to execute deliverables.
Partner with Nokia Orchestration Center (NOrC) and Nokia Assurance Center (NAC) teams to align product capabilities, address gaps, and ensure solution compatibility.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive roadmap and guide go-to-market readiness.
Serve as the single point of contact for sales and pre-sales, driving customer engagement, qualification, and technical/executive support for product adoption.
Represent the product/domain at industry events, analyst discussions, and internal forums while building and maintaining key customer relationships.
