Technical Requirements Specification Engineer responsibility is to prepare documentation with technical requirements for software engineers and test engineers involved in mobile network base station new features deployment.

As a Technical Requirements Specification Engineer in the BOAM AS department at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining the technical requirements for the operation and maintenance (OAM) system of mobile network base stations.
- Active student status for a minimum of a year
- Good English written and spoken
- Open to hybrid work from Wroclaw office
- Willing to create technical documentation
- Quality orientation and openness to solve not trivial problems
- Very good analytical, problem decomposition skills and open-mindedness
- Easy collaboration with other people (many meetings and many discussions)
If you prefer working with software development or hardware installation and configuration, the job is NOT for you.
- Close cooperation with specification engineers to collect and analyze data for creating OAM system requirements for the base station
- Develop technical requirements in natural language or using UML diagrams
- Review requirements with specification, software, and testing teams
- Documenting requirements in the repository
- Support software and test engineers during requirement implementation/verification
- Update requirements based on customer reports and internal Nokia testing
