The Customer Solutions Architect serves as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives. They gather critical stakeholder input and translate it into clear, actionable requirements and effective solutions. The role involves designing comprehensive end-to-end solutions, including customer-specific adaptations, by leveraging Nokia’s product and service portfolio, as well as third-party offerings when necessary. The architect ensures long-term technical integrity by applying established solution architecture standards, processes, and principles.

In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions, including customer-specific adaptations, by leveraging Nokia’s extensive portfolio of products and services, along with third-party technologies when needed. You have:
- Expertise in SDM Portfolio {UDM, SDL, HLR, HSS, One-NDS, One-EIR and One-MNP} over multiple technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, cloud, enterprise); acts as a source of expertise for colleague.
- Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks, including detailed understanding of call flows.
- Proven experience in solution design and implementation of core network elements such as HLR, HSS, IMS Nodes, One-NDS, MNP, and EIR.
- Hands-on experience installing NT-HLR, IMS Nodes, and One-NDS software on commissioned hardware.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, virtualization, and VNF deployments.
- Quick grasp of new solutions with the ability to effectively deliver them to customers.
- Solid understanding of mobile network technologies across 2G, 3G, and 4G.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and OpenStack.

- Brings over 15 years of experience as a senior expert and thought leader, frequently serving as the go-to resource for best practices and technical guidance within their domain.
- Leads functional teams or projects of moderate complexity, managing resources, assigning tasks, and addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
- Provides senior-level consulting expertise across the SDM portfolio—including HLR, HSS, One-NDS, IMS Nodes, One-EIR, and One-MNP—spanning multiple technologies such as 3G, 4G, 5G, cloud, and enterprise environments.
- Designs customer-specific architectures within a defined area of expertise, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Identifies relevant Business Groups (BGs) and coordinates cross-BG collaboration during the initial phases of solution development.
- Conducts research, planning, and evaluation to design effective solutions in specialized domains, delivering both high-level and low-level architectural designs that meet customer requirements.
- Specifies and develops comprehensive end-to-end solutions, ensuring they are market-aligned and tailored to customer needs through detailed architectural planning.
