The Lead Customer Project Manager Deploy position belongs to the LDO PM Vertical LAT, within MN Americas Market Delivery. The position will interact with NPO team to be successful with 5G network deployments

The MN Lead Customer Project Manager assign tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within, budget, schedule, and quality.
•7-10 years extensive experience in Project Management for mobile networks deployments in LTE/5G.
•Resident in Bogota/Colombia.
•Spanish and English fluent speaker is mandatory
•Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication / Electronics.
•PMP certification

•Excellent Communication and Reporting Skills.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff to meet project goals.
•Manages MN customer large projects for 5G base stations installations.
•Assures consistency among project financial.
•Manages the customer relationship during delivery, and serves as the primary interface towards the customer
•Monitors and controls that the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope.
•Seeks to define new opportunities to expand and renew contracts with the customer.
•Completes the project closure and / or handover as required
