Shift Differential: Up to 20% for evening/weekend shifts
Overtime: Daily OT pay for shifts exceeding 8 hours
Training & Development
We offer a structured, hands-on training program:
- Phase 0: Onboarding & Classroom Training
Learn cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and basic fab operations. - Phase 1: Shadowing Certified Operators
Observe and learn from experienced team members. - Phase 2: Hands-On Training
Practice job functions under close supervision with real-time feedback. - Phase 3: Certification
Complete live and online tests to become a certified operator.
Ongoing training is provided for new equipment, process changes, and safety updates. You’ll also participate in “Fab School” sessions led by our engineering team to support continuous improvement.

Fab Process Operators play a vital role in running the process equipment used to manufacture and test semiconductor wafers and optical chips. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity that doesn’t require a college degree. Many of our Fab team members come from trade schools, community colleges, or have relevant experience in mechanical systems, electronics, plumbing, or vacuum systems. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy working in a team environment, this could be a great fit.
- High school diploma required
- Basic software, chemistry, and math skills
- Experience with mechanical systems, electronics, or similar fields preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Semiconductor fab experience is a plus, but not required
- Operate semiconductor processing and testing equipment
- Handle wafers safely and follow cleanroom protocols
- Work 12-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime and shift differential pay
- Advance into Technician, Supervisor, or even Engineering roles over time
