We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead several Network Service Platform (NSP) areas to enhance our toolset and processes, and to serve as the primary PM liaison for key customer projects

You Have:

  • Degree or diploma program in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or a related field with an accredited school in Canada
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Excellent communication skill (oral and written in English)
  • Great interpersonal intelligence, can collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies
  • Understands software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile practices, and basic project management principles
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
  • Programming experience, especially in Python and Java/JavaScript, comfortable with developing in Linux environments
  • Results-driven, willingness to employ a creative, innovative, can-do mindset to solve problems
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience using, administering, and customizing apps such as Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Nokia’s product portfolio particularly within the Network Infrastructure group, NSP and NFM-P is a plus!
  • AI/ML knowledge for introducing for analytics and predictions




As a part of our Network Automation Team, you will:

  • Work within a multi-site research and development organization on a portfolio that has over 1000 customers.
  • Be immersed with the day-to-day program management aspects for upcoming customer deliverables including release planning, development, and quality assurance milestones.
  • Support team members in the development of detailed plans, timelines, and milestones, and tracking progress against deliverables.
  • Help drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, methodologies, stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to evolving the toolset used by our community to track their work.
