Join Mobile Networks (MN) and help us become the trusted partner of choice for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), as well as for non-CSP entities in sectors like utilities, transportation, public services, and defense. In the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Unit, you'll help elevate Mobile Networks operations to a world-class level. You'll contribute to enabling MN to achieve both short-term performance and long-term profitability, driving operational excellence across the business.

The Operations Coordinator owns the complete customer purchase order execution, including the collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution for all business groups from order entry till invoicing. Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end order execution, constraints solving and escalations.
- Graduate equivalent degree in Supply, Logistics, Business Management or related.
- Language – Upper Intermediate English, Native Spanish
- Years of experience – 1-2 related experience
- Experience – SAP ERP
- Order-2-Cash Process Understanding
- Logistics Process & Management
- Understanding Global Regulatory Framework
- Customer Focus, accountability, continuous improvement mindset, problem solving, Initiative, attention to detail
• Supports coordination of the customer order intake.
• Manages ordering of products (HW, SW, Services).
• Triggers task creations for transactions (EG purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, letter of credit to Business Process Owner (BPO) order management operations and monitors timely completion.
• Supports coordination of the procurement execution: Captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoice.
• Supports coordination of the distribution execution: Plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport.
• Supports coordination of customer invoices.
• May provide informal guidance and support to colleagues with less experience.
