The Senior Automation Engineer will lead the development of automation solutions for Nokia's IT Infrastructure team, focusing on creating scalable and efficient workflows. You will design and implement AI-driven agents using Azure AI Foundry and other tools, ensuring robust integration with IT systems. This role demands expertise in automation frameworks, AI development, and IT infrastructure, along with strong technical problem-solving skills to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Senior Automation Engineer within Nokia's IT Infrastructure team will leverage advanced automation frameworks and AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy solutions that optimize IT infrastructure operations.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI development, or related roles
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
  • Expertise in Azure AI Foundry for model development and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms and networking
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of security best practices in automation and AI implementations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration

  • Architect and implement automation solutions to enhance IT infrastructure operations.
  • Develop and deploy custom AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, including model training.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions with existing IT systems for optimal performance.
  • Conduct real-time impact analysis to evaluate dependencies and risks in infrastructure.
  • Automate test case generation using AI algorithms for comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement based on AI insights.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions for scalability and reliability.
