As an Account Manager for Network Infrastructure, you will drive Nokia’s business growth in Azerbaijan by managing strategic relationships with Communication Service Providers (CSPs – telecom fixed and mobile operators), Enterprise customers, and Data Centers. Your primary focus will be on Nokia’s Fixed Networks (GPON), IP, and Optical portfolio, delivering innovative solutions that enable digital transformation and future-proof connectivity.

Join Nokia as an Account Manager – Network Infrastructure and drive the future of connectivity in Azerbaijan! You’ll lead strategic partnerships with telecom operators, enterprises, and data centers — delivering cutting-edge Fixed Networks (GPON), IP, and Optical solutions that power digital transformation and shape tomorrow’s networks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years in Account Management or Technical Sales roles within telecom or ICT industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and delivering results with CSPs and Enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure technologies: GPON, IP/MPLS, Optical Transport.
  • Languages: Azeri (native/fluent), English (professional), Russian (professional).
  • Consultative selling and customer business understanding & good relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Drive achievement of sales objectives for Nokia’s Network Infrastructure portfolio, including Fixed Networks (GPON), IP, and Optical — supporting sustainable business growth and long-term success in Azerbaijan.
  • Identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities across Communication Service Providers (fixed and mobile), Enterprise, and Data Center segments to expand Nokia’s market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align customer priorities with Nokia’s technological roadmap and long-term business objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers — from C-level executives to technical and procurement teams — positioning Nokia as a trusted, long-term partner.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized, value-driven solutions that reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination (sales, delivery, operations) to ensure timely project execution, customer satisfaction, and proactive response to market and competitive dynamics.
