Access Design & Optimization Engineer
You will be part of the Mobile Access Team which includes all engineers dedicated for transmission topics and also dedicated to build stronger and secure CloudRAN networks for our customers.
We focus to European customers in order to deliver new deployments, modernizations, network design, transmission, IP Planning, Cibersecurity including threats analysis and troubleshooting of the E2E Transport solution. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Deal with 4G/5G/CloudRAN multi BG projects
- Deploy E2E FEMTO solution design and parameters
- Support the implementation of FEMTO trials and PoCs form design point of view
- Lead the E2E customer design for FEMTO solution
- Be the technical interface for an E2E FEMTO project form design point of view
- Create HLD/LLD, perform workshops with customers
Qualifications
If you have:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Transport domain experience, demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
- Good Knowledge & proven experience in Cloud RAN technology (RAN, RedHat ACM, Cloud environment)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong IP competencies E2E which includes planning of the overall solution
- Competence in IP routing (IP routes, netmask, VLAN, IP plan)
- Competence in Linux environment
- Python knowledge.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘people person’ mindset
- IP Certifications mainly from Nokia but also form Juniper and Cisco are welcomed
- RedHat CloudRAN Certifications
