As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nokia, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our innovation and growth by leading recruitment efforts for technical and sales positions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders, you will design and execute dynamic sourcing strategies while managing the entire hiring process, from interview planning to offer negotiations. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Own the hiring plans for designated business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HRBPs to drive execution of talent acquisition plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment trends, competitive landscape, and compensation strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by crafting effective sell strategies and enhancing communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and utilize diverse recruitment channels, including social media and employee referrals.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote diversity awareness to build cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Support regional and global recruitment strategies in partnership with recruitment leads and business partners.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency, focusing on technical and/or sales roles
  • Strong sourcing abilities with a creative approach across various technical and engineering disciplines
  • Proven experience within the Asia Pacific region and Japan
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels
  • Customer service mindset, ensuring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Outstanding project and program management skills, effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across social media and employee referrals
  • Proficiency in Japanese

As a global capability center, NBS offers a wide range of People, Finance, Sales and Corporate related services to the entire company.
