Principal Thermal Design Engineer

As a Principal Thermal Design Engineer at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in advancing our optoelectronic component designs by developing innovative thermal solutions. You have:

• MS or PhD (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering (0-10 years’ experience)
• Expertise in FEA and CFD, with proficiency in ANSYS and FloTherm
• Solid experience with Pro/Engineer, Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of optical design principles and industry qualification specifications
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Agile product data management SW
• Experience in conducting experiments to validate modeling
• Understanding of thermal solution assembly procedures
