Service Pre-Sales Consultant

As a Pre-Sales Professional focused on the APJ Market within Nokia's CNS Global Business Center, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line growth by showcasing our cutting-edge Mobile solutions to CSP customers. Collaborating closely with account managers and local partners, you will analyze customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and deliver impactful presentations that highlight the value of Nokia Software. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on innovation and customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level technical staff, while staying ahead of market trends. Expect to travel approximately 30% of the time across the APJ region, enhancing your impact and fostering relationships that drive business success. • Drive top-line growth for Nokia's Cloud & Network Services business with a focus on CSP customers.
• Provide expert pre-sales support and technical insights on Nokia’s solutions to optimize customer solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to craft winning solution strategies that enhance profitability and customer experience.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Manage end-to-end RFI & RFP processes, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and decision-making criteria.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Stay ahead of market trends, providing thought leadership on Nokia's Software solutions and leveraging partner channels.
• Collaborate with teams across APJ, providing insights on project planning, costing, and best practices in complex technical environments.

You have:

• BS/MS degree (technical degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and Japanese
• 10+ years of Telecommunications domain experience, particularly with core solutions
• Experience in Presales Support and/or Project Management of complex technical products
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Background in 4G, 5G, Cloud, or mobile network solutions
• Good understanding of IT concepts (Operating Systems, Network Design, Information Security)
• Experience in services costing and project planning
