Technical Delivery Lead
As a Technical Delivery Lead (TDL) in Nokia's Custom Applications & Solutions team within Cloud and Network Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical delivery of custom software projects. You will interface closely with project managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and project success. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll leverage agile methodologies to foster collaboration and encourage best practices. Your efforts will directly influence project scopes, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring that our telecommunications solutions meet and exceed expectations.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Lead the technical delivery of custom software development projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and project managers.
- Develop and execute a strategic technical delivery plan, managing project scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, coordinating resolution of critical technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate smooth project closures by overseeing Care handovers to relevant teams.
- Monitor project performance metrics, providing updates and presentations during monthly business reviews.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to uphold delivery standards and continuously improve processes.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- 15-18 years of relevant experience in Telecom Core Network Software development projects
- 5 years of proven experience in technical delivery management
- Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G core network architecture
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams and driving project excellence
It would be nice if you also had:
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMP-ACP
- Experience with Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint reviews
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments effectively
