Procurement Analyst Trainee
As a Procurement Analyst Trainee, you will be immersed in a dynamic 12-month internship. This hands-on experience will enable you to drive efficiency through the CNS Procurement Excellence function involving Procurement Process, Digitalization, Quality, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Governance etc.

Position: Internship
Start date (tentative): October 2025
Location: On-site in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Bachelor's or M.S.C completed or in progress in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related aread with an accredited school in Portugal
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Process Automation
- Process performance Digitalization
- AI Enabled Contracting using Gen AI tools and prompt engineering
- Deep insight into Procurement processes
- Gain insights into financial planning, synchronizing supply and demand across operations.
- Participate in real customer projects, contributing to operational success.
- Foster cross-functional teamwork and support strategic sourcing initiatives.rts).
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's or M.S.C. degree completed or in progress in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related area
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
- Good Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, and other low-code platforms for automation, Gen AI tools and techniques – ChatGPT, Gemini, MS Copilot, prompt engineering
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
It would be nice if you also had:
- Project Management Skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools
