HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Learn about RF/MW Planning/Design, RF Optimization, Site Engineering, RAN/MW integration and concepts.
- Learn the latest about Nokia Portfolio and products.
- Learn about telecommunication site engineering principles.
- Learn and work on site design, site build, and project rollout.
- Competence development activities for future technologies (5G,6G, Radio Intelligence Controllers, O-RAN, V-RAN).
- Learn & use advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
- Learn about Radio/MW performance KPIs and how to maintain / improve them.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Power or Telecommunications Engineering
- Hands-on in design and drawings software
- Good understanding of Mobile Network technologies and generations
- Exposure to Python, Java, or other scripting methods for automation and tooling
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Sites and SharePoint Lists.
- Understanding of Generative AI technologies and practical experience using APIs like OpenAI
- Proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing skills
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
