HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Required to support the physical design of high-speed analog ICs for fiber-based wireline applications
- Required to support back-end verification, including DRC, LVS and parasitic extraction
- Required to execute full chip assembly (top level) and verification
- Familiar with archive and tapeout procedures.
- Familiar with revision control tools
- Preferred to have some experience with training others in standard layout procedures
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high-frequency analog IC layout and back-end verification.
- Proficient in using Cadence and Mentor Graphics tools, as well as other high-frequency design platforms.
- Hands-on experience in high-frequency physical design using HBT, bipolar, and BiCMOS process technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to work as a strong individual contributor with exceptional initiative and a clear drive for achieving business results.
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a small, focused team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly communicating complex technical topics.
