Care Contact Associate
The Care Contact Associate is responsible for supporting customer and internal technical teams with service requests including remote/onsite support, parts replacement and repair, managed services, and warranty handling. Performs diagnostics and repairs on telecommunications equipment using specialized tools, conducts functionality testing, and prepares items for return or packaging. Ensures service readiness, escalates critical issues, and provides feedback to improve product serviceability—all while balancing customer satisfaction with cost efficiency.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Carry out repairs on electronic equipment in the telecommunications area, using testing equipment and specific tools for electronic.
- Carry out prior analysis of the equipment in order to diagnose the failure that occurred.
- Prepare reports on equipment or budget for technical services, as well as forward the return of irreparable items to the customer, aiming to obtain the best cost-benefit ratio.
- Carry out functionality testing and final review on repaired equipment, subsequently sending it for packaging.
- Analyze the board diagram, researching solutions on the market, aiming to carry out repairs and adaptations that can increase the useful life of the board equipment.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Technical degree in Eletronics, Eletrotecnics, Telecomunications, Eletrics, Eletromechanics, Mecatronics, or any other registered in Brazilian Technical Council (CREA/CFT).
- 3 years experience in similar function
