Customer Delivery Lead

Japan (Hybrid)

As a Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) in our Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Market Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing program portfolios and cultivating executive-level relationships with customers in Japan. You’ll drive successful transitions to cloud-native systems and promote the evolution to autonomous networks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead financial oversight, identify upselling opportunities, and mentor Project Managers, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Own and manage customer program portfolios, ensuring successful execution and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for executive-level customer relationships, driving alignment and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, managing budgets and identifying upsell opportunities within existing contracts.
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, creating robust response plans to capture potential opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth within customer portfolios.
  • Shape contract strategies and account development to enhance business value and customer relations.
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers to ensure adherence to best practices and professional growth aligned with program goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date project information, ensuring compliance with CNS Project Management Methodology and quality standards.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • 7-10 years of experience managing complex transformation programs in the telco and/or IT industry, particularly in cloud, 4G, and/or 5G Core.
  • Proven track record of working with executive-level stakeholders, including CxO and Director levels.
  • Strong financial oversight skills, managing contracts and revenue in excess of 10 million Euros.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Certification in Project Management, specifically PMI/PMP.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with foreign Cloud as a Service models and autonomous network evolution.
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs and reporting to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of cross-cultural awareness.
