Join our team of experienced UX and Industrial Designers in Espoo, Finland, and gain valuable experience in user research and UX design. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and collaborate with a global team of professionals.
Position: Trainee, UX Design
Duration: 6 months
Date: 2025, flexible
Location: Espoo, Finland
Education recommendations: Active student status in a design-related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) at an accredited school in Finland.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Assist in planning and supporting UI/UX design activities with a strong user-centered approach.
- Help create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to develop intuitive design solutions.
- Contribute to analyzing user feedback and design iterations to enhance usability and functionality.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in UI and UX design for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Strong user-centered mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common design tools, especially Figma, Miro, and other collaborative platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic coding skills are a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design work is required.
