HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Define and deliver strategy for integrated solutions across inter / intra Data Center including DCI and access to subsea networks.
- Guide innovation in delivering on vertical integration strategy, marrying photonics, NPU / DSP, and packet-optical systems to optimize costperbit, space and power efficiency
- Collaborate with hyperscaler and service provider customers to align product features with real-world deployment needs
- Gain industry mindshare, publish in leading conferences, represent the company in standards bodies, and foster R&D and academic partnerships
- Partner / Mentor team as well as cross organizations in R&D, PLM, Marketing, Services and Sales ensuring company success
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years experience from technology to productization
- Deep knowledge of InP / SiP photonics, highbaud-rate DSP ASICs, and optical integration
- Experience scaling architectures across data center, embedded and pluggable form factors
- Strong publication and patent portfolio; leadership in standards and ecosystem initiatives
