As an intern, you’ll work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to support daily operations, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate data management. You’ll gain practical experience with business tools, reporting systems, and administrative coordination while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Position: Administrative Office Trainee\
Duration: Part-time 6h/day
Location: Hybrid in Timisoara, Romania
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Support the PMO team with data entry, KPI tracking, action point follow-up, and regular reporting activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating internal systems, managing documentation, and handling internal communications.
- Assist in coordinating team activities, scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and organizing travel and expense reporting.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth collaboration within and across teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and administrative processes.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s university program (preferably within FEAA – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration)
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use software packages such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; comfortable with digital tools and platforms
- Fluent in English – minimum level B2 (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Basic problem-solving abilities for routine or repetitive tasks, following established guidelines and procedures
- Enthusiastic team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
