Principal Technical Specialist

As a Principal Technical Specialist, you will lead QA efforts, design test plans, automate testing, and ensure seamless integration of new hardware functionalities. With expertise in Network Management and Optical networking, you will collaborate cross-functionally, optimize containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and drive innovation. Your strong analytical skills will help prioritize tasks, influence decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Provide technical leadership to the QA team and drive test architecture.
• Manage software delivery and work on improving product and process quality, including test automation.
• Have strong knowledge and experience in Network Management software, Optical networking, and software delivery.
• Learn and understand new network element features and hardware functionality as they are introduced.
• Review product requirements and create detailed test plans.
• Develop, execute, and debug automated tests, coordinating with other testers and scheduling test runs.
• Conduct feature demonstrations and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Desired experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and strong analytical skills.
