The Enterprise Europe organization within Nokia Network Infrastructure is accountable for the business in the Transportation, Energy, Public-Sector, Defense & Large Enterprise (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing ..) segments. These are the “non-telco” segments where Nokia Network Infrastructure expand sales and growth significantly.

This role is for a “Manufacturing, EU initiatives and AI Leader Europe” within the NI Enterprise Europe organization.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Be accountable for defining and executing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Manufacturing segment strategy for the Enterprise business in Europe, ensuring strong alignment with Nokia’s regional goals.
- Contribute to ambitious pipeline growth plans across AI, Data Center, and Manufacturing by identifying opportunities, driving solution positioning, and supporting sales enablement.
- Act as a virtual team leader, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with technical experts, sales teams, and marketing to execute the AI strategy through influence, guidance, and motivation.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to develop a coordinated and portfolio-aligned approach that fosters customer engagement, accelerates deal cycles, and drives consistent growth.
- Continuously enhance personal expertise in networking technologies and customer-specific applications to be recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the European Enterprise market.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts, prospects, and ecosystem partners while actively leading demand generation initiatives, including the promotion of Dedicated Spectrum solutions for relevant segments.
- Represent the unified voice of the Large Enterprise and Data Center verticals in Europe toward Nokia’s Business Groups, influencing feature requirements and business priorities at the product development level.
- Lead or support regional initiatives such as competitive and ecosystem analysis, EU-funded project coordination, marketing content creation (use cases, best practices, reference decks), and the execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an MBA is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in the ICT or Data Center domain, either within the telecom industry or in sectors with significant telecom adoption.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in multinational, cross-functional environments; additional European languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with customer focus and solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence and advocate internally and externally.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings with competing priorities, demonstrating strong collaboration and adaptability.
- Deep interest in the Enterprise segment and evolving industry trends; awareness of Data Center challenges and technological transformations.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
