HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Identify and engage new customers by leveraging Nokia’s innovative solutions and product portfolio.
  • Strengthen and expand business relationships with existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and strategic direction.
  • Monitor market trends and segment demands to deliver tailored, relevant solutions.
  • Spot business opportunities and take full ownership from identification to closure.
  • Define the most effective go-to-market strategy for each opportunity, whether direct or through partners.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including opportunity management, strategic reviews, and commercial negotiations, in collaboration with pre-sales and support teams.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business or related field
  • Experience in account management, portfolios, solutions and services sales in the telecommunication or IT industry
  • Skilled in sales and marketing, with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
  • Possesses confident, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction, service quality, and responsiveness.
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong business insight and decision-making ability.
  • Experience in CRM tools (CRM / Salesforces.com) for pipeline / funnel management and MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), fluent in English with native-level French; open to frequent travel (50–75%).
