What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will be part of a global team who will:

  • Provide support and expertise for complex problems on Nokia's mobile packet core element for 2G/3G/4G/5G - Cloud Mobile Gateway (CMG). Working with cross-functional customer teams as well as 2LS, 4LS, R&D and Nokia's customers in order to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Also will investigate and provide root cause analysis for CMG issues.
  • Reproduce customer issues in the lab environment in order to assess the issues in order to find workarounds and to report issues to R&D.
  • Assess and document product alerts, product best practices, identify product documentation issues and provide knowledge transfer across teams on new CMG features and troubleshooting.
  • Strive for continuous self-development with the awareness and hands-on knowledge of new features, known issues and new releases on the CMG.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Has an exceptional knowledge on 2G/3G/4G/5G packet cores technologies.
  • Has a proven expertise on cloud solution, openstack, container, Kubernetes.
  • Has proven expertise in design of packet core networks.
  • Has a deep understanding of network design and interwork with GNE, RBC, NI, pre-sales organizations.
  • Able to debug complex 7750MG/CMG/CMM product installations.
  • Able to debug complex problem on specific platforms NSP, CBAM, CBIS, Nuage, Airframe, HP, NCS, VMware Tanzu, Redhat openshift, AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Able to resolve complicated product problems by applying both established procedures and creative alternatives.
  • Has good knowledge on routing protocols, including TCP/IP, ospf, mpls, bgp, vpls, vprn.etc.
  • Has excellent communication skills and values teamwork.
