The role
We are looking for a Project Administrator to support our National Programs Office (NPO). The Project Administrator would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
The Project Administrator – National Programs Office (NPO) plays a key role in delivering and advancing the Collaborative Science, Technology and Innovation Program Collaborative Science, Technology and Innovation Platform Program Collaborative Science, Technology and Innovation Platform Program (CSTIP), Grants and Contributions (G&C) programs through the development and evolution of the FUSION portal and Client Relationship Management solution.
This is a live, fast-moving enterprise implementation. You will help operationalize FUSION as NPO’s core system for managing the full G&C lifecycle—from intake and assessment to agreements, amendments, reporting, and close-out—while working in close partnership with a contracted vendor responsible for solution delivery.
You will provide strong project coordination on the NPO side, ensuring internal activities, inputs, decisions, and deliverables are aligned with the vendor’s project plan and timelines to keep the project moving and avoid delays. Working closely with the vendor Project Manager, you will support NPO FUSION team members in meeting their responsibilities related to requirements, validation, testing, release readiness, and ongoing stabilization.
A central component of the role is organizational change management (OCM). You will support the definition and validation of business requirements for major FUSION releases and help prepare the organization for change by building awareness, developing and delivering training and user guidance, and supporting adoption and stabilization following releases.
You will also develop and maintain management reporting and dashboards, support data quality and analysis activities, and contribute practical recommendations to improve processes, tools, and workflows. The role includes supporting project planning and financial tracking using FUSION, SAP, SharePoint, and Excel, with a strong focus on accuracy, traceability, and timely issue resolution.

Applicants must demonstrate within the content of their application that they meet the following screening criteria in order to be given further consideration as candidates:
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration.
An equivalent combination of a Bachelor’s degree in another field with relevant experience and training may be considered.
Formal training in project management at a university, College or PMI Registered Education Providers would be an asset but not required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset but not required.
Organization Change Management certification would be an asset but not required.

Experience
- Significant* and recent** experience in leading project management activities in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team.
- Significant* and recent** experience documenting, analyzing, and improving complex business information, processes, workflows, and roles in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Significant* and recent** experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, MS Dynamics and Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Recent** experience supporting organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, user support, development of communications and designing training or guidance materials, and contribution to rollout or adoption activities.
- Experience in preparing a variety of reports based on data collected to support management decision-making.
Significant is defined as at least 3 years of experience

Compensation
From $78,167 to $91,895 per annum.
In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
