Overview:

The Renewal Account Manager drives customer retention and Software Assurance (SWA) contracts (D2A) renewals by assisting and supporting internal sales team with selling services and SWA contract renewals. In this role, you will reach out to end customers via email and phone driving customer retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Use tools to engage with Dormant customers, both Validated and Unvalidated.

  • Work with customers to secure them back on a SWA contract, identify if they are working with their current partner or not.

  • Understand Migration story and value of being on Software Assurance to increase customer lifetime value

  • Apply basic problem-solving techniques to assess client needs and determine appropriate next steps based on defined criteria

  • Identify prospective leads for inside sales team and/or partner channel

  • Manage a high volume of accounts efficiently

  • Document activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn and apply standard outreach and qualification practices

  • English language skills (B2 or higher) Required

  • Strong selling skills

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong collaboration and relational skills

  • Salesforce CRM & Salesloft experience preferred

  • Communication technology knowledge is considered a strong advantage
