Overview:

Mitel is seeking a communications professional ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. As a Communications Manager on our Corporate Marketing team, you will help shape and share Mitel’s voice by supporting content creation, building scalable communications infrastructure, and bringing customer stories and corporate content to life.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad experience in corporate marketing—including internal communications, social media, and more—while helping keep our global corporate marketing machine running smoothly. You will serve as a key connector across teams, helping ensure alignment, visibility, and storytelling consistency across Mitel.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Communications leader to execute key initiatives across corporate marketing and communications

  • Build and maintain a structured library of Mitel’s core messaging, proof points, and communications assets for use across the company

  • Lead the development of a customer story program, sourcing, writing, and packaging impactful stories that resonate with our audiences

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across corporate marketing (PR/media, brand, social, partner comms, internal comms, product marketing, content marketing) to ensure we deliver compelling and relevant content to key audiences

  • Support communications planning and reporting, including tracking KPIs and managing content calendars

  • Assist with the execution of quarterly town halls, strategic announcements, and high-profile initiatives

  • Ensure message consistency across multiple channels and help identify opportunities to evolve and improve communications

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, journalism, or PR

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a related field

  • Experience in the technology industry preferred; experience in Unified Communications or telecommunications a plus

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of communications work

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution

  • Passion for storytelling and helping connect audiences to company strategy and purpose
