Overview:

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to a scalable, multi-tier VoIP solution used in critical communication environments. This single-architecture platform is built for high performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on defining requirements and create production-ready code — including design, implementation, testing, debugging, and maintenance.

• Our technology stack includes:

- A web-based configuration portal using Java/GWT, MariaDB (SQL) and deployed in Wildfly webserver.

- A cross-platform C++ frontend (Qt GUI, STL, boost, SRTP, USB device handling) runs on embedded devices (Linux) and soft clients (MS Windows) on standard PCs

- A secure, real-time streaming media backend implemented in C++, SIP + SRTP

- A custom Ubuntu-based Linux OS on embedded devices to meet strict security compliance requirements

- Due to the R&D-driven nature of our work, we value strong technical skills, initiative, and effective collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, especially in security, networking, and scripting

• 5+ years of professional experience with C/C++ software development

• Solid understanding of modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17) and CMake

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Advantageous skill - Experience with telephony systems and protocols (VoIP, SIP, etc.)
