Overview:

Mitel seeks a highly motivated Business Process Consultant for our Unified Communications business. As a key member of a Business Process Management team, you will reengineer our Quote-to-Cash process to deliver both incremental and transformational improvements. This position focuses on the quote-to-order process segment.

As a BA you will define and improve policies and end-to-end processes, leveraging your deep knowledge of business systems and product requirements. You will define KPIs, monitor performance, and find ways to continuously improve process capability. As part of a team using Agile methodology (SAFe), you will define business requirements for systems and BI enhancements, write and groom user stories, develop and execute test plans, provide content for training and communications, and provide post-deployment support. You will monitor change adoption and work with stakeholders at all levels to achieve intended benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage knowledge of industry best practices and work across QTC business functions to uncover opportunities for business improvement.

  • Engage stakeholders across business teams, IT, and engineering delivery teams.

  • Evaluate new business requests, assess value, and prioritize.

  • Develop and document business processes, workflows and systems acceptance criteria for target improvements, especially those enabled by Mitel’s CPQ, application and Salesforce.com.

  • Define and groom user stories and business intelligence (BI) reports.

  • Communicate with and train impacted organizations on process and system changes.

  • Lead projects or workstreams within larger programs, manage project schedules, and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.

  • Identifying and acting on gaps, improvements and cost saving opportunities within given streams

  • Develop strategies and incorporate Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum as well as other Lean best practices.

  • Coordinate and lead key projects for improvements across all levels of the Mitel operations.

  • Monitor progress to check if changes yield desirable results.

  • Defining and leading process optimization deployment project plans; identifying risks and developing of mitigation plans.

  • Facilitating Workshops, ensuring relevant participation, and monitoring action plans progress.

  • Leading value realization that results in clear and impactful opportunities for benefits realization: define scope, develop use cases, and deliver business case analysis.

  • Developing clear benefits framework and consistent approach to metrics (i.e., costs reduction, working capital improvements, etc.).

  • Coach and coordinate change management activities

  • Supports all level of the organization with expertise and knowledge.

  • Create and maintain relevant process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration/Project Management

  • 3 years experience in Business Process Management

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above Trained/Certified

  • Excellent Analytical Skills

  • Self-driven, initiative and cost-saving oriented

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, assess impact of new business requests on upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and handle simultaneous requests.

  • Excellent Organizational, Leadership, Networking, Communication Skills, oral and written skills

  • Customer orientation

  • Participation in Lean Six Sigma Projects and/or Process Excellence Team will be considered a significant advantage

  • Knowledge of SAP, Configure, Price, Quoting tool, ServiceNow, Jira
