As a Lead/ Manager, People & Culture Data Analytics, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights into the People & Culture(P&C) function. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving People & Culture processes and initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret talent data trends from multiple sources (including Workday HRIS demographic/org structure data, talent and performance data, and engagement data) to develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive P&C initiatives.

  • Validate and maintain HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team, including HR Business Partners, CoE’s (Centers of Expertise) and where applicable, other business functions (e.g. Finance, Legal) in support of data analytics requirements and/or other related projects.

  • Mentor and coach team members in developing advanced skills in People Analytics.

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information is maintained and comply with the requirements of relevant legislation.

  • Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, HR analytics and/or equivalent training and work experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Analytics.

  • Proven people management skills.

  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills.

  • Advanced Analytical skills with the ability to summarize, make recommendations and present insights in an easy-to-understand way.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Must be results oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

  • Experience in Workday reports and extracting data to create dashboards for meaningful insights would be an asset.

  • Expertise in Power Bi/Tableau Dashboards.

  • Transformation/M&A experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of GDPR and other global data privacy policies.

  • Please note that this role, will be working closely with North American and Europe so you will be required to shift working hours to align with the different time zones.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Statistical Analysis (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Knowledge of R/Python (preferred but not mandatory)
