Overview:
Our Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for facilitating accurate, timely and quality transactions of all renewals. Supporting Service Sales team to ensure the retention and growth of our service business.
Assisting and collaborating with internal clients effectively and efficiently to complete renewal activities including, but not limited to, quote preparation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive growth and customer retention.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and ensuring service excellence.
Schedule, plan, and contact customers with expiring contracts to review service delivery and discuss renewal options.
Renew service contracts and meet assigned revenue objectives.
Retain and grow the service base by identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base.
Support internal and external customers with inquiries related to new and existing service contracts.
Collaborate daily with Sales Representatives to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
Forecast and manage your sales pipeline in coordination with the Mitel Service Sales Team.
Validate accounts and quotes for accuracy and compliance with pricing approval levels and governance.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the CRM system.
Own and manage service databases, correcting errors and ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Produce, maintain, and administer internal and customer reports using Salesforce and other tools.
Provide opportunity tracking, monthly performance reports, and ad hoc reports for management.
Ensure KPI standards are achieved and demonstrated through daily activities and reporting.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and French is required.
Clear, concise communication skills with solid business acumen and strong presentation abilities.
Ability to actively listen, translate and interpret customer needs, and communicate effectively across teams.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service processes, including customer needs assessment, service quality standards, and customer journey management.
Demonstrated interest in customer development and retention with a reconciliatory and solution-oriented mindset.
Accurate forecasting skills and the ability to develop and execute plans to meet sales targets.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to track and manage information accurately.
Self-motivated, ethical, responsible, and detail oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
